Real Piece Of Art - House On The Water, Amazing Design
Designed as a rental house for people who don’t want to be disturbed, it has all the comfort of an on-shore building. It is located by Navagio Beach, NW coast of the Greek island Zante. This self-sufficient house on the water is for nomadic life offshore. Designed as a rental house for people who want to feel independent. It is located by Navagio beach, NW coast of the Greek Zante island and its sun orientation was developed to maximize the use of solar energy. Strong decisions and consequence in driving its proportions guarantee the uniqueness of the design. The core, made of concrete, is combined with steel cantilever structures. Foundation for the house is a concrete counterweight foot stabilized with the sea bed pile system.
It is clear both from the inside and outside. Very light, designed to contrast with the location itself. The inner garden provides the “land factor”. Water floor is located in the long cantilever on the 2nd floor. The “white” look is achieved by the use of Corian. The floating deck, which rises with the water level thanks to the railing installed in the core structure, leads you to the stairway. Eco-friendly features like the water desalination, energy accumulation, ventilation methods, water recycling, heat and energy consumption, tidal and solar energy systems are all there.

Original Architecture, Chicken Point Cabin - Amazing Design
Chicken Point Cabin – surprisingly harmonious modern hotel with original architecture and iconic elements, combining function and aesthetics of the original. The authors of the “forest” of the project was already known to us American architectural studio Olson Kundig Architects.Unusual cozy house located in a scenic area of Northern Idaho. According to the architects, the main idea of the construction of Chicken Point Cabin was the creation of a cozy romantic forest refuge with large panoramic “lined with” a window opening out into the surrounding house magnificent nature.
A large window offers two tiers of windows, all the main room hotel, combining it with the forest, located near the lake and the mountain tops, trailing the horizon line. Materials of construction – concrete blocks and floors, metal, wood and plywood – have been left in its natural, almost raw state. This solution reduces the cost of building and formed a natural “forest” environment, which over time will become even more charisma, a little old and Get a gossamer …

The Globevill Office Building - Amazing Design
The Globevill Office building, which houses the marketing and sales functions, offers an opportunity to create an architecture that has the potential to define an interesting building that would evoke curiosity from the highway. The project is located along a section of the highway gently bending north in Sriperumbudur, Chennai, India. The design was conceived as a physical experience, drawing from the arc off the highway, and rising up to the actual building which then extends back into the highway. The architectural intent is to create a building which appears to be in constant motion, complimented by the unending flow of spaces. ArchitectureRED built this iconic office building for their client ETA Star Properties.
